Disturbing surveillance footage has emerged showing the ex-boyfriend of Alexis Gabe, who has been missing since January 26, unloading trash bags into a dumpster. Gabe’s mother, Angela, who has been tirelessly advocating for information regarding her daughter’s case, stated, “The footage is devastating. We just want to know what happened to Alexis. We want justice.” The footage, which was obtained on January 28, 2022, shows the ex-boyfriend, named as 27-year-old Gabriel D. Gose, appearing anxious as he takes several truckloads of bags to the dumpster a few blocks from his home in Antioch, California. This sighting has led investigators to label Gose a suspect in the case of capital murder. Authorities have not detailed what the bags contained, but Angela Gabe commented, “It pains us to think of what those bags could hold. We’re living in a nightmare.” In a separate but related development, the Alameda County District Attorney’s office has concluded that Gose’s mother is not an accessory to murder, addressing speculation that may have pointed to her involvement. While Gose has not been charged with a crime, the investigation remains ongoing. Angela Gabe continues to plead for anyone with information about her daughter’s disappearance to come forward, emphasizing the heartbreak and uncertainty their family faces every day without her. “Every day that goes by is another day I don’t know where my baby is, and it’s tearing my family apart,” she stated in a recent press conference.
