Judge Orders MyPillow to Pay Nearly $800,000 to DHL for Unpaid Shipping Bills

MyPillow, the bedding company founded by Mike Lindell, has been ordered by a judge to pay $788,000 to DHL Supply Chain due to unpaid shipping bills that date back nearly a year. The unresolved debts led to a lawsuit filed by DHL in June 2022 against MyPillow after the company failed to pay for shipping services rendered. The legal ruling took place in a Minnesota court where Judge Paul von Korff ruled in favor of DHL, emphasizing the company’s entitlement to the outstanding payments. Lindell, known for promoting false claims about the 2020 presidential election, has faced multiple financial and legal issues in recent times. In his defense during the proceedings, Lindell argued that MyPillow was experiencing financial difficulties stemming from boycotts and legal battles with other companies. Lindell stated, “This is a corporation that has been attacked, and we’ve had to go through a lot just to keep it alive. But we are committed to settling this matter.” The judge’s decision reflects the ongoing struggles faced by MyPillow amid its financial challenges. This ruling intensifies scrutiny on Lindell and his business as he continues to explore various avenues for recovery amid his other ventures and controversies surrounding his support for former President Donald Trump.
