Police are currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Valero gas station located at 633 Main Street in Willimantic, Connecticut, on Sunday, December 10, 2023. The incident unfolded around 7:54 PM when a man entered the gas station and approached the cashier. Authorities stated that the suspect displayed a firearm and demanded cash from the register. The cashier complied and handed over an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect then fled the scene. Investigators have not yet released a detailed description of the suspect.
In a separate incident in San Francisco, police are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the capture of suspects involved in a robbery at a gas station on Culebra Road. San Francisco Police Department’s Captain Milch says, “We are appealing to the community for any information they might have regarding this robbery. Even the smallest details can be helpful.” As of now, no arrests have been made in either case and investigations are ongoing.
