Allu Arjun Approaches Telangana High Court Following Arrest Related to Woman’s Death at Pushpa 2 Premiere

Popular Indian actor Allu Arjun has filed a petition in the Telangana High Court seeking anticipatory bail after being implicated in the death of a woman during the premiere of his film ‘Pushpa 2’. The tragic incident took place at the 70MM theatre in Hyderabad, where police reported that a 25-year-old woman, identified as Sandhya, collapsed due to a massive crowd surge. Witnesses noted that the overwhelming attendance led to chaotic conditions, ultimately resulting in Sandhya’s untimely passing. Arjun’s lawyer stated, ‘Despite being a part of the event, he holds no responsibility for the unfortunate occurrence,’ and emphasized the need for clarity surrounding the circumstances of the incident.
