AC/DC Announces 2025 North American ‘Power Up’ Tour with Stop in Pittsburgh

Iconic rock band AC/DC has officially announced its highly anticipated ‘Power Up’ Tour for 2025, marking the band’s return to the road. The tour will kick off on May 7, 2025, in Toronto, Canada, and will feature a significant concert at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh on June 28, 2025. This tour comes following the band’s successful 2020 album, ‘Power Up,’ which was well-received by fans and critics alike. AC/DC’s frontman, Brian Johnson, stated, ‘We can’t wait to get back on stage and rock the masses! It’s going to be a blast!’ Other stops along the tour include major cities like New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, with a total of 25 concert dates announced. Tickets for the ‘Power Up’ Tour will go on sale to the general public on October 20, 2023. In conjunction with the tour announcement, AC/DC released a statement saying, ‘We are excited to bring back the thunder to live shows and reunite with our fans.’ The band’s lineup remains unchanged, featuring lead guitarist Angus Young, rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, bassist Cliff Williams, drummer Phil Rudd, and lead vocalist Brian Johnson.
